This cross was made during the pack up of the Australian Orchid Council Conference in 2022. Both the parents had been on show at the conference, and had picked up 2nd place and 1st place respectively in the speciosum v. grandiflorum category (which was quite tightly contested, with dozens of entries). The owner of ('Beranghi Gold' x 'Creek Aureum') approached me to do a pollen trade, which I gladly agreed to. We both thought it should make quite a good cross - these seedlings are the result.
First photo shows the parents. 2nd and 3rd show the plants for sale. They're established in 80mm pots.
